The senior management team comprises people from both aluminium and other fields including extrusions and business management.

Rod Fiddes, PhD, (Managing Director) – extensive experience in Scientific Research, Project Management and Process Engineering. Rod has been involved in extrusion die design and offers technical expertise in section design, technical drawings and all aluminium extrusion issues.

Deborah Jasper (Financial Controller) – an experienced Accounts Manager who has previously run her own successful business and brings strong management skills to EA.
